Integrated Living® - a unified field theory

Since the 1800s, physicists have attempted to develop a single theoretical framework that can account for the fundamental forces of nature – a unified field theory. Although I cannot provide the mathematical expressions to demonstrate it, I sense it, I feel it. It is not a theory, but reality. Simply it is balance.

The universe, in all it's twists and turns and dimensions, is balanced. Balancing our environment fosters our personal balance and as that evolves, energy from the source beings to flow.

A house balanced within the natural world channels energy into it's inhabitants and ever outward. In order to achieve that balance, Integrated Living® recommends:

1. Not burning fuel and adding carbon dioxide or heat to the atmosphere, thereby saving us all from overheating by:
     - Using passive solar design features to heat your home or place of business.
      - Using photovoltaics to generate home, business and vehicle electricity
     - Using plug-in electric public or private vehicles for long trips
     - Using a bicycle or walking for short trips

2. Eating organic, locally-produced food whenever possible to maintain optimal health and be in tune with your inner and outer environment by:
       - Eating as much raw, unprocessed food as possible
        - Avoiding sugar and dairy products when possible
        - Including an area outside your home where food, flowers & herbs are grown

3.  Choosing a spiritual discipline that recognizes that  "source" is within each one of us. We are a part of the natural world and not disconnected from it. An excellent way to connect with this natural flow is through movement-based spiritual practice of:
   - Ecstatic dancing
   - Kirtan
We can only sit starring at a television, computer screen or from the drivers' seat for limited time before we become unhealthy. We did not evolve to become part of a machine.....
